As the Client you must read, understand, and agree to all of the below terms before entering into a contract with myself, the artist. By sending payment you, the Client, accept and agree to the terms of service provided in this document. This constitutes a binding legal contract that protects both client and artist.

In addition; you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to my services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated into the ToS.

Any violations to my ToS may result in yourself being blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

Commissioning me means that you agree to the Terms of service, and agree to be legally bound by them.

You must be 18 or older to commission me.

You may inquire about a commission at any time, I will usually post on Twitter, Telegram, and FurAffinity when commissions open.

Please make sure that you have a clear reference for me to work from.

I am willing to work from written descriptions for a 50% additional fee of the overall commission cost. This may vary depending on character complexity.

WIP’s will be sent out at the following stages; Sketch, line work, flat colour, finished product.

For traditional work, for certain colours I will provide colour swatches, and will wait on your approval before using it on the artwork.

I retain the right to decline any commission, for any reason. (Subject matter makes me uncomfortable, Subject matter is currently beyond my skill level, you refuse to agree to my ToS, ect.)It is down to you, as the commissioner, to provide me with enough information, and a clear reference, of what it is you’d like when commissioning me.

I prefer to work from a clear digital reference.

I will not work from SL screenshots, VRChat screenshots, or IMVU screenshots as they are often not very clear.

I may work from traditional references so long as the image is clear

If you do not have a visual reference, I can also work from text descriptions for an extra 50% charge to the overall commission price.

Payment must be made upfront before work is started.

I accept payments via PayPal only, your email will be needed to send an invoice to.

Payments are only accepted in GBP at this time. I will not accept other forms of currency.

All payments must be made within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, unless a payment plan has been agreed to.

If payment is not received within this time-frame, you will lose your place in my queue, and your commission may be cancelled.

Payment plans are available for commissions of £100 upwards. These commissions will be worked on once the first payment is made, but will not be completed, or delivered, until payment is made in full.

Communication is key! If at any point you have questions, please do not be afraid to contact me!

All commission related communication must be kept impersonal and professional.

All methods of contacting me will be listed under the "Contact Me" button on this website.

If, at any point, you wish to cancel your commission with me for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me and let me know.

The refund amount you are entitled to will depend on how much of the work has been completed.

You are not entitled to a refund for completed works.

I retain the right to cancel a commission and give a refund, at any time, if the Terms of Service is broken in any way.

Full refunds will only be given if work has not been started.

The amount given for a partial refund will depend on how far I’ve progressed with the artwork (up to a maximum of 70%).

The money kept from a partial refund is to compensate for my time, and use of materials.

I will make revisions to the preliminary sketch until I have created something which you, the commissioner, are happy with.

Any revisions to the sketch will be free, within reason.

You will be sent the sketch for approval before work is continued.

Major revisions to YCH poses will not be made, I will not change the pre-sketched pose. YCH’s are bought as seen. (Changes will always be made to body type to ensure character accuracy)

Applicable to artist freedom works; If you do not approve the sketch, you're entitled to one complete redraw from scratch.

I retain the right to recycle any sketches rejected by you, the commissioner, to use for either personal work, commissions, or for use as a YCH.

Any revisions that need to be made after a sketch has been approved by yourself may incur a fee.

The only exception to this fee is if I have made a mistake, such as markings being inaccurate.

Once linework has been started no changes to the pose or details may be requested.

If you notice something wrong with the commission after its completion that only requires colour changes, I am happy to correct this for free.

If it's a substantial change such as edits to the lineart or adding new markings you will be asked for a fee depending on the complexity of the change you want.

I will not make alterations to commissions that have been completed a month, or more, ago.

I will not make alterations to work drawn by other people

You have the right to post the completed artwork on social media, and art hosting sites, but only if crediting myself as the artist, and linking back to my social media.

You, as the Client, may NOT profit from the artwork, beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (Traditional media, not digital.) This includes the sale of digital files, or rights to the image.

You, as the Client, may NOT mint/sell the artwork commissioned from me for NFT. This is a violation of the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

You may create prints for personal use (or as gifts), but you may NOT profit from these.

Alongside this, you may NOT modify or change my artwork unless you have my permission to do so.

All rights to the finished works, or any artwork created by myself in the process of completing your commission, are retained by me.

I, as the artist, retain the right to use commissions in my portfolio. To upload the works to my FA, Twitter, Instagram and any other accounts/social media I post to.

As the artist, I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Please let me know beforehand if you do not wish for me to do this with your commission, your comfort is important to me!

Image rights can be negotiated for an additional fee.

As the artist I retain the rights to recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner (you, as the client) either for other commissions, YCH’s, or personal works.

If you wish for your commission to remain private, please state this to me beforehand. Private commissions will incur an additional fee.

A licensing fee may be required before you can use the art commercially. This can be obtained at the time of commissioning, or anytime thereafter.

Any breaching of the terms specified in this document will result in the cancellation of your commission.

You will still receive a refund, the amount depending on the level of work completed. (up to a maximum of 70%)

Unfinished commissions from clients who have breached the Terms of Service may be re-used in any way I see fit after character specific details have been removed.

Chargeback of funds via Paypal constitutes a breach of contract. (I will always refund you, don't be afraid to ask!)

A breach of the contract may result in blacklisting from future commissions.

In order for me to process your commission, I will need to obtain your email address (for paypal invoicing) or your delivery address (for posting any physical artwork)

This information is secured in an account only I can access.

Any private information and data provided in my commission order form will be held for a period of 6 years after the commission's completion, as is required by UK law.

Any and all emails exchanged during the process of commissions, and any personal information or data will also be kept for the same 6 year period.

Your personal information and data will never be sold or shared.
